International Culinary Institute (ICI)
ICI provides culinary training for secondary school graduates and in-service personnel which lead to professional culinary qualifications at different levels. The programmes will focus on international cuisines, covering European, Mediterranean, South American, Middle Eastern and Asia-Pacific cuisines.
