VTC Participates in Learning & Teaching Expo 2026 to Promote Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) (25-27.06.2026)

VTC will participate in the Learning & Teaching Expo 2026, to be held from 25 to 27 June 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This year, the VTC booth will showcase a wide variety of teaching and learning achievements that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovative technologies. Through interactive games, hands-in skills experience, and dedicated course consultation areas, visitors can experience first-hand how Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) nurtures applied talent to meet evolving societal and industry needs.

Committed to promoting "AI+ Professional" and technology-enhanced learning, VTC will present numerous practical outcomes combining AI and emerging technologies at the Expo. Highlights include the "Drone Building Inspection Interactive Game" by the IVE Engineering Discipline, and the "GenTech+" AI online education platform showcased by the Hong Kong Institute of Information Technology (HKIIT). Additionally, students from the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) will present an AI-empowered computer mouse design project, featuring an interactive experience zone for visitors to discover how AI revolutionises the product design process. The booth will also feature an interdisciplinary project that upcycles food waste into eco-friendly handmade products, demonstrating VTC's creative and practical capabilities in inter-disciplinary collaboration with the business and social welfare sectors.

Meanwhile, a dedicated course consultation areas will be set up to introduce a series of popular Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) programmes. These programmes cover learning pathways from introductory to advanced levels. Information on various financial subsidies schemes, including the Vplus Subsidy Scheme and the Continuing Education Fund (CEF), helping working adults reduce their financial burden and build professional competitiveness. In additional, the latest information on VTC pre-employment programmes and the "VTC Earn & Learn Scheme" will also be available on-site.
