'Recognised by the Buildings Department, this course is designed for site supervisors, who have more than 5 years of relevant work experience but do not have the academic qualifications specified in the "Technical Memorandum of Work Supervision Plan", to enable them to up the duty of qualified competent person TCP-T1 in minor works#. For details, please refer to the Appendix X of Code of Practice for Site Supervision issued by the Buildings Department.

 
Note#: The attainment certificate of this course fulfills one of the requirements for TCP-T1.  Graduates must also meet the relevant work experience required by the Buildings Department before qualifying as a TCP-T1 in minor works.

1. 申請人報讀本課程必須有5年以上的工程駐地盤監督經驗。
2. 課堂時數是60小時，另有一次3小時考試，合共63小時
3. 以廣東話授課，而教材則以中文編寫，輔以英語專用名詞
4. 學費：HK$3,900
