CERTIFICATE IN PROPERTY AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (QF LEVEL 3)
- Specially designed for property management practitioners
- Provide a study pathway in accordance with Qualifications Framework (QF) and Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) of property management industry
- Use Chinese as medium of instruction
- Allow the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) qualification / ERB “Foundation Certificate in Property and Facility Management (Part-time)” holders to apply for Module Exemption
- Obtain Credit Transfer upon programme completion when studying "Professional Diploma in Property & Facilities Management" (QF Level 4)
Entry Requirements
Completion of S5 under the Old Academic Structure / S6 under the New Senior Secondary Academic Structure with relevant working experience
Completion of a QF Level 2 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board with relevant working experience
Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 2 or above AND a pass in the entrance assessment
Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience AND a pass in the entrance assessment
Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by the “Programme Board” AND a pass in an entrance assessment
