Pro-Act Welding

To dovetail with infrastructural development of Hong Kong, Pro-Act (Welding) is dedicated to training welding practitioners with up-to-date techniques in the field, for application across shipbuilding, tunnel and bridge construction, aircraft engineering and related industries. The Centre offers a wide range of courses on welding skills and technology as well as welding safety and inspection. 

Operators conducting gas welding and flame cutting works are required to undergo a one-day mandatory gas welding safety training course offered by the Centre, authorised by the Labour Department. The Centre is also a training partner of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
