On completion of the programme, learners will be able to:

 

a. describe the features of cloud computing and cloud computing services in cloud infrastructure;

b. identify suitable cloud computing services to build a basic cloud computing infrastructure; and

c. demonstrate proficiency in using popular cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, to deploy and manage cloud-based applications and services.

 

The professional certificate programme offers the following modules:

Architecting Cloud Applications (36hrs)

- Learn the building block of Cloud Applications;
- Identify and demonstrate the skills and knowledge to design Cloud Applications; and
- Demonstrate the ability to architecting and building well architected Cloud Applications.
 
DevOps in Cloud (36hrs)
- Learn the fundamentals of developing applications on cloud;
- Use the Cloud software development kits (SDKs) to develop secure and scalable cloud applications;
- Interact with cloud using code, and understand key concepts, best practices, and troubleshooting tips for developing applications on cloud;
- Apply the cloud coding pattern and create Microservices in different situation; and
- Learn the concepts of continuous integration and continuous development to select the most appropriate deployment strategies based on a set of business and technical requirements.

課程內容涵括兩個AWS認可的專業課堂培訓 AWS Technical Essentials 及 Architecting on AWS。

Amazon Web Services（AWS）與香港資訊科技學院（HKIIT）啟動雲端科技人才培育合作

 

 

上課模式

- 課程將於2024年11月的第二週開始，每週一堂課。 課程將於平日 18:30 至 21:30 進行。

- 一般課堂會以面授形式進行，但於特別情況下課堂或需以網上模式進行。

- 課程時數為72小時，一般需7個月完成。

 

入學條件

香港中學文憑試五科成績達第二級或以上，包括英國語文、中國語文，及具一年相關工作經驗; 或
香港中學會考五科成績達E級 / 第二級或以上，包括英國語文及中國語文或同等學歴，及具兩年相關工作經驗; 或
完成獲「課程委員會」認可的「資歷架構」第3級別之相關證書課程，及具一年或以上相關的工作經驗; 或
持有「資歷架構」第3級別或以上「過往資歷認可」資格並通過面試或筆試; 或
最少具兩年或以上相關的工作經驗，及其他持有認可及可核證之過往學習並通過面試或筆試; 或
年滿二十一歲或以上及具兩年或以上相關工作經驗, 並通過評核試

課程進修資助計劃

Vplus創意專才

Vplus創意專才由香港特別行政區政府撥款推行，涵蓋於Vplus專才進修資助之內，旨在推廣終身學習，鼓勵在職人士持續進修，爭取更高學歷，發展事業。 

 

獲批資助的申請人可獲退已繳付之學費的60%，上限為每人36,000港元。在計劃下，申請人可申請退還多於一個合資格課程的學費。 

原學費:$32,000
 
資助後學費: $12,800
