The Certificate in Data Centre Management and Operations Foundation for Public Sector is designed to address the growing demand for skilled facilities management professionals in Hong Kong. 2. Data centre management and operations involve using tools, managing changes and decommissioning, structuring operations, and implementing processes and monitoring for efficiency.
3. IT support involves providing user support and customer service, operating help desks, and overseeing teams that provide technical support to ensure efficient and effective assistance.
4. Cybersecurity essentials cover information security concepts, security and risk management frameworks, and physical security and access control to protect data and systems.
