課程大綱 (只提供英文版本)
1. Introduction
   - Duties and responsibilities
   - Types and construction, design considerations
   - Specifications, design codes, standards, etc.
2. Loads
   - Pressure of fresh concrete, operation load, environmental and other imposed loads.
3. Material Properties
   - Strength and stiffness properties of materials commonly used
   - Other properties: surface finishes, left-ins, costs, reusability, etc.
4. Structural Design
   - Wall & column formwork, soffit formwork and falseworks
   - Props, bracing and lacing
   - Strength and stability check
5. Shoring and re-shoring for multi-storey construction
6. Drawings, materials specifications, method statements, etc.
7. Special designs & failure cases

- 每星期上課 1 晚，上課時間18:30 - 22:00。
