Indicative Course Contents

(a) Projections

(b) Building heights, plot ratio, site coverage, open spaces and lanes
- Site classification, composite buildings, exemptions, bonus due to areas dedicated to public use
- Relationships among BO, OZP, Land Lease, etc.

(c) Lighting and ventilation
- Prescribed windows, rectangular horizontal plans, light angles, etc.

(d) Overview of other planning provisions, including provisions on barrier free design, places of public
entertainment and temporary buildings

(e) Related practice notes, cases and practical examples
