- define how to transform businesses with blockchain and the possible future of blockchain

這是網上自學課程及以英語授課。
學員可在三個月內隨時隨地學習。

此自學課程可於網上 / 傳真 (28915707) / 電郵 (peak@vtc.edu.hk) / 親臨職業訓練局大樓9樓報名
 
1. 課程報名表格 請按此下載
- 請使用正確的報名表格並按照表格內的“報名須知”報讀課程。所有課程名額均以先到先得方法分配，任何未填妥之表格，或未繳交學費，本院將不會處理。
 
2. 若網上報名，可參考以下方法: 
- 曾於高峰進修學院報讀本學院課程的學員，可經本院網站 (https://www.peak.edu.hk/) 自行報讀此網上課程
- 新學員在網上註冊後，即可啟用相關培訓平臺戶口報讀網上課程。
 
3. 除學員之申請不獲接納或所選課程取消/改期外，所有已繳學費恕不退還。學費及學額亦不可作任何更改(包括轉班)或轉讓他人。
 
4. 若選擇網上以外的方式報讀本課程，本院會將收據郵寄予學員。本院對郵遞失誤概不負責。學員如要求本院發出收據副本證明，需以書面通知本院課程組，並需繳付港幣100元手續費。收據重發申請須以支票付款，抬頭為“職業訓練局”（查詢：2836 1862）。
 
確認通知
凡成功申請者將於兩個工作天內接獲高峰進修學院以閣下指定的聯絡方法通知有關詳情。(不包括星期六、星期日及公眾假期) 。如尚未接獲有關通知，申請者可致電本院查詢（電話：2836 1922）
