提升表現課程(強制驗窗計劃+小型工程監管制度) (常規班)

To enhance the performance of Registered Contractors (RC), the Buildings Department (BD) has set up the Contractor Performance Enhancement Scheme (CPES). With effect from 31 December 2019, the Buildings Department will accord Performance Points (PP) according to the nature and severity of non-compliances when warning letter is issued to RC. When the total PP accorded to RC is 15 or over, BD will require the RC to take Performance Enhancement Course (PEC). If RC has satisfactorily completed PEC within the specified three months and submitted the certificate of attendance to BD, 15 PP will be remitted.
