    Programme Details

    課程目標

    1. 為飲食業從業員提供跨領域的理論與實踐課程，以裝備其管理 知識和技能，當中包括：人力資源管理、財務管理、業務和 營運管理以及客戶服務管理等；

    2. 培養從業員對現代餐飲管理的視野及思考能力，以及；

    3. 為從業員的未來晉升奠定基礎，以便追求終身專業發展。

     

    課程預期學習成果

    1. 於人力資源、財務、業務與營運，以及客戶服務等領域中，應用管理學的理論、概念、原則及實務，以推動餐飲業務的運作與發展；

    2. 分析及解讀業務管理資訊，以便在餐飲業務營運中作出商業決策；

    3. 在餐飲機構中執行管理與督導相關的職能活動，以維持良好的員工關係；

    4. 分析及評估營運管理問題與當代議題，以制定可行的解決方案。

     

    課程對象

    本課程適合現職飲食業從業員修讀。

    由2018年4月1日起，飲食業管理專業文憑課程由高峰進修學院 （PEAK）開辦，VTC稻苗學院提供設施和資源支援。VTC稻苗學院為 PEAK提供飲食業培訓課程的專門品牌。

    Entry Requirements

    Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by the “Programme Board” AND a pass in an entrance assessment
    Relevant RPL qualification(s) at QF Level 3 or above AND a pass in the entrance assessment
    Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board
    Five HKCEE subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English Language and Chinese Language with at least 3 years relevant full-time working experience
    Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English Language and Chinese Language with at least 2 years relevant full-time working experience
