The programme covers : Introduction to the Hospitality Industry & Hotel Organisation; Personal Hygiene & Safety; Usage of Utensils & Equipment; Methods of Polishing & Cleaning Silverware, Glassware and Chinaware; Basic Operation of Dining Room; Table Setting & Service Procedures; Beverage & Bartending Service; Common Food & Beverage Terminology; Job Related English.
Entry Requirements
Completion of S3 with 17.5 years old or above and a pass in the interview
