Programme Details

This course aims to deepen participants' understanding of Regulatory Technology (RegTech), focusing on its significance and applications in the modern financial industry. Through this course, participants will recognise the challenges of leveraging RegTech in the financial sector, understand the support measures provided by Hong Kong’s financial regulators for local RegTech development and analyse the difficulties encountered by Hong Kong’s financial sector in implementing RegTech and the corresponding strategies.

Part One: Relationship between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and RegTech, and its application in Hong Kong's financial sector

Part Two: Support on RegTech provided by Hong Kong’s financial regulators and the challenges faced by the financial sector in adopting RegTech and the corresponding strategies

*For E-learning CPD activities: Individual licensees can only earn CPD hours by taking the E-learning CPD activity once during the same Assessment Period. If an individual licensee repeats the same E-learning CPD activity in the same Assessment Period, the repeat one will not be counted.
