This course aims to deepen participants' knowledge and skills in intermediate generative models, enabling them to design, implement, and optimize these models for various applications, while fostering innovation and practical problem-solving abilities.
Course Objectives:
- Advanced Generative Models: Exploration of GANs, VAEs, and their variants, with practical examples and case studies.
- Deep Dive into Neural Network Architectures: Detailed study of CNNs, RNNs, and Transformer models and their applications in generative AI.
- Data Handling and Preprocessing for AI: Techniques for data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation to improve model training.
- Optimization Techniques in AI: Learning rate adjustments, regularization methods, and other advanced techniques to enhance model performance.
- Interactive Projects: Hands-on projects involving real-world applications of generative models in art, music, and other creative industries.
- AI Ethics and Governance: Advanced discussion on the societal impacts, regulatory considerations, and governance frameworks for generative AI.
