Please send the completed application form (https://www.vtc.edu.hk/sd/en/in-service_training.html) together with the course fee in crossed cheque payable to “Vocational Training Council” by post or in person to Student Development Discipline Office (6/F, 6 Oi Kwan Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) before the course application deadline.

Refund / Course Transfer:

No refund arrangement would be made after the commencement of courses.

Once accepted to the enrolled course, applicant cannot have refund or transfer to another course.

The class will be cancelled without prior notice if there are not enough applicants by the application deadline.
