This module is designed to introduce and strengthen an understanding of agile project management applied in IT Projects, a highly effective project management approach in today's fast-paced business environment. Initially, it focuses on using basic agile concepts within the project economy, providing students with a solid foundation. The module then analyses how modern businesses utilise agile project management strategies, offering real-world examples and case studies. A critical aspect of this module is identifying the key success factors that make agile project management methodologies effective. Finally, the module culminates in equipping students with the skills to formulate their own practical agile project management approaches, encouraging innovation and strategic thinking.

(Trainees can take the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) examination once they complete this module.)

*Exam Voucher is provided by PMI HK Chapter directly to the learners.  Only VTC course attendees could enjoy this arrangement.
