On completion of the module, learners are expected to be able to:
- Familiar with the smart device operating system (HarmonyOS) and the development tool;
- Build applications targeting multiple smart devices with a single codebase; and
- develop applications using platform dependency scripting or programming language.

- Development with Platform Dependency Language
- Intermediate Smart Devices Application Development
- Restful API Request for Application Development
- Accessibility UI Design
The course also includes the one HCIA-HarmonyOS Application Developer certification exam, helping learners gain an industry-recognized qualification to boost their career prospects.
The content is suitable for the learner who has programming experience. Beginner learner should apply Professional Certificate in Applications Development on Modern Smart Devices.

The normal duration for completion of the programme is around 1 month.
Entry Requirements
Completion of a QF Level 3 programme that is deemed acceptable to the respective Programme Board; or
Other relevant verifiable prior learning and/or work experience that is/are deemed appropriate by respective Programme Board; or
Mature applicants, i.e. those aged 21 or above. Where appropriate, the applicant may be required to pass an entrance assessment, which can be in an oral and/or written form.
Financial Assistance Scheme
Vplus Creative Industries
As a part of the Vplus Subsidy Scheme, Vplus Creative Industries is supported by the HKSAR Government to encourage working adults to pursue higher qualifications for career advancement and to promote lifelong learning.
Successful applicants can be reimbursed 60% of the tuition fees paid for the programme, maximum HK$36,000 per person. Applicants may apply for reimbursement for more than one eligible programmes.
