Course Overview
Multi-trade Integrated Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MiMEP) is an advanced method that integrates building services through off-site prefabrication and modular installation. It enhances efficiency, quality, and safety while reducing time and environmental impact.
The Hong Kong Development Bureau promotes this approach through the “Advanced Construction Industry Building” initiative, providing dedicated MiMEP and production facilities.
This course covers the full MiMEP lifecycle and key success factors, including planning, design, fabrication, transportation, installation, handover, and maintenance.
The course is offered jointly with HKFEMC, featuring industry experts who share practical insights on challenges such as design coordination, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
