This programme is designed to meet the need of these practitioners by providing the necessary opportunities for them to acquire academic training and qualification in aviation industry, so as to complement their work experience and obtain a recognized awarded pitched at Level 4 of the Qualifications Framework.

TRN4806X - Managing the Engineering Environment (30 hrs)
TRN4810X - Introduction to Air Cargo Operations (30 hrs)
TRN4811X - Ramp and Ground Handling Operations (30 hrs)
TRN4812X - Human Factor in Aviation (30 hrs)
Students' performance in each module is assessed by Continuous Assessment (CA) and End-of-Module Assessment (EA). Assessments are conducted in English.
- 1 to 2 nights per week, 18:30 - 21:30 or 19:00 - 22:00
- Duration: 250 hrs. The whole programme can be completed in around 12 to 15 months.
Subject to fulfilment of the English and other admission requirements, learners may apply for a top-up degree programme âBachelor of Applied Science (Aviation)â which offered by RMIT University in collaboration with School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE), VTC after completion of the two Professional Diploma programmes, âProfessional Diploma in Aviation Operationsâ and âProfessional Diploma in Aviation Managementâ.
