资讯科技项目管理要点证书(项目管理工具及技术要点单元)

 

This module is structured to provide a holistic understanding of the field. It allows trainees to grasp basic IT project management concepts such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation and apply these in the context of project economy. Secondly, the module offers an in-depth analysis of contemporary IT project management strategies to understand how they contribute to successful execution. Thirdly, it focuses on identifying critical factors that determine the success of IT project management, including effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder involvement. Lastly, the module supports the formulation of practical IT project management approaches, enabling students to devise strategies that align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. The balanced content ensures students gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills for managing IT projects effectively.  

 

(Trainees can take the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) examination once they complete this module.)

第一班	逄星期一﹒三 (1830 – 2130) 2024年5月20, 22, 27, 29日, 2024年6月3, 5, 12, 17, 19, 24日   (1900 – 2100) 2024年6月26日

 

- 每星期上课1 - 2晚。

- 一般课堂会以面授形式进行，但于特别情况下课堂或需以网上模式进行。

- 课程时数为32小时，一般需1-2个月完成。
