This 1-day course belongs to HKAS series. This course is tailor-made to provide participants the principles of resolving non-conformities encountered in assessments and internal audits based on ISO/IEC 17025 and HOKLAS policy.

The course consists of
- Classifying audit findings into non-conformities (NC) or recommendations for improvements
- Root causes analysis
- Techniques for collecting and verifying information
- Identifying the proper correction, corrective and preventive actions taken
- Monitoring the effectiveness of actions taken
- Case studies

Award

Certificate of Achievement will be conferred to course participant who passed the assessment and satisfied the attendance requirement of 70%
