Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and the Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme - Top-up Course for Registered Inspector's Level 2 Representative (For Authorised Signatory)

Course Aim課程目標
The amendments to the Code of Practice for the Mandatory Building Inspection Scheme and Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme 2012 (the "Code of Practice") were promulgated on 6 March 2017. According to the relevant amendments, Registered Inspector (RI) may appoint Level 2 representatives to form a supervision team, and Level 2 representatives can perform certain supervisory tasks. According to the Code of Practice, practitioners with at least 5 years of relevant work experience and passing grades in the above-mentioned top-up training courses can be accepted as Level 2 Representatives. Please refer to Appendix VI Table 1 of the Code of Practice for the minimum qualifications and experience required for Level 2 Representatives.

Entry Requirement入學要求
1.註冊一般建築承建商或;
2.註冊小型工程承建商（第I級別中的 A 類型／B 類型小型工程）的獲授權簽署人。

Course Duration課堂時數
- 11堂，共33小時
- 另3小時考試

Award修業證明
學生達到以下要求將獲頒發修業證書:
- 學生達到70％的出席率;及
- 於所有考核取得合格成績。
