This course aims to empower lifelong learners to direct their own continuous learning and become certified in applying generative AI on interdisciplinary projects. By developing solutions for an interdisciplinary, tech-integrated project, learners will address real-world problems and reflect on their journey. Design thinking and project leadership are key skills for generating innovative solutions. The course uses a project-based approach. Learners will build prototypes and pitch solutions professionally. Although projects focus on a specific field, the skills gained will transfer to other interdisciplinary contexts. Learners will evaluate their integrative learning, identify growth areas, and understand their strengths and limitations.
As various professional fields increasingly demand collaboration across disciplines, new challenges arise in identifying innovations that enable integrative learning, teamwork, and successful project leadership in diverse groups. This online course introduces how to apply generative AI tools (like ChatGPT) to learn and manage interdisciplinary projects. Learners will address real-world problems presented by experts across domains like education, arts, science, and business. The course allows learners to gain hands-on experience using Generative AI to enhance design thinking and project leadership. Upon completion, learners will be certified as Generative AI Technologists for Interdisciplinary Projects. Topics involve AI-enhanced design thinking, knowledge sharing, agile project management, collaborative learning, and AI for continuous learning.
