Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for Hygiene Managers
This course aims to familiarise students with knowledge pertaining to food hygiene and safety to enable them to take up the post of Hygiene Manager in catering establishments. This course is recognised by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department as meeting the requirements for the position of Hygiene Manager.
The course covers: Hygiene Practices and Proper Food Handlingï¼Environmental Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitationï¼Pest Managementï¼Hong Kong Food Regulationsï¼Principles of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
Applicants should be in-service practitioners of the catering industry
